Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile Hunker Down For Hurricane Sandy, AT&T Is Like ?Whatevs?

Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile have all sent out press releases explaining that they're in full preparation mode for Sandy's arrival. AT&T has made no such announcement.
